This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after your order confirmation email.
    •    You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
    •    During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, seasonal rush), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Destinations & Charges

We currently ship across all locations in India.

Shipping Charges
    •    Flat Rate Shipping: ₹95 for all orders below ₹2000
    •    Free Shipping: On orders valued at ₹2000 or above

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on your location. Timelines begin after dispatch, not after order placement.
    •    Chandigarh / Tricity: 1–2 business days
    •    North India: 3–5 business days
    •    Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 4–7 business days
    •    Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical or regional factors.

4. Regional & Logistical Considerations

Although we work closely with our courier partners, delivery may be affected by:
    •    Weather disruptions
    •    Road delays or traffic restrictions
    •    Festivals or state-specific holidays
    •    Courier network delays

We will keep you informed in case of any major delays impacting your shipment.

5. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and fast delivery, KAISO uses:
    •    Local delivery partners for nearby regions
    •    Delhivery and other leading national courier services for pan-India shipments

Each order is assigned the most suitable courier based on your pin code.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:
    •    A tracking number
    •    A tracking link (when shipped via a national courier partner)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after receiving the dispatch email.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
    •    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
    •    If the courier returns the package to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts (RTO), we will contact you.
    •    Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer before the order is sent again.

8. Damaged or Tampered Shipment

We ensure safe packaging, but if your product arrives damaged:
    1.    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaiso.in
    2.    Include:
    •    Order Number
    •    Clear photos of the damaged product
    •    Photos of the outer packaging

We will assess the case and issue a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
